As the commercial center of Thailand and the center of business andHolidays in South East Asia, Bangkok has exceptional hotels of all types catering, the business elite and casual traveler.
Recently, a new type of accommodation was won favor short-stay business travelers in Bangkok - the luxury apartment. With increased economic expansion in recent years, serviced apartments quickly become the preferred choice of living style for their affordable luxury.

What is special about Bangkok Serviced Apartments?
Real estate and relocation agents believe Bangkok has the number of sophisticated apartments the world has to offer. There is not just one or two luxurious apartments, but close at 50 This is because skilled labor is cheap in Thailand, and the city itself is a major business hub for the region of Southeast Asia.
Rent a serviced apartment in Bangkok can be a difficult task for several reasons - the primary is there are so many "small print" and additional costs involved when signing a weekly, monthly or annual contract.
I live in Bangkok gone for a few years, andthrough several serviced apartments, are learning along the way, the "services" included in the price and what you expect from your
stay in Bangkok.

Bangkok's City Plan
The Bangkok Jungle has several meanings, one of which is that the city was never built embedded with a map or urban design in mind. The city is a sprawling landscape, a montage of residential and commercial buildings juxtaposition to each other. It is the home of 10 until 15 million people, depending on who check out of therural home and abroad. The people as well as from poor to rich, living side by side.
The city itself is one-sided if you look at a major road in Bangkok, you'll see that both sides of the road Arent balanced building heights vary, and there is a general lack of symmetry. That makes Bangkok unique and charming. And what makes it a jungle.

The best areas to live in Bangkok
Bangkok cost includes exclusive apartments, but themost are found in the following areas of Bangkok:
- Sukhumvit, the main road or artery of Bangkok
- Asok, one of the most exclusive and expensive areas to live
- Thong Lo, the chic and fashionable street,

- Silom, another business, and Red Light District
- Ploenchit, business district

Chit Lom, the business district, the areas listed above are all within easy access toShops, restaurants, entertainment, trains, expressways and sky train. If you live in one of these areas, you will be living in the middle of the thriving business district of Bangkok and shopping centers during our experience in an ultra private serviced apartment in Bangkok. I personally recommend Asok and Chit Lom, since it the hottest areas of Bangkok, but if you look to be near the night markets Silom perfect, and Sukhumvit is always a colorfulExperience.

Make sure that the serviced apartment has a laundry, either in house or outside the home. Most apartments have coin-operated laundry room and pick up services. More deluxe suites have washing machine in the room. Note that most places no dryer.

How much should I pay?
This is a difficult question to answer, but the more facilities a serviced apartment has desires will cost, the more. If a serviced apartment has a pool, a gym and also functions as a 24-hour hotel, then the monthly price will be over 30,000 Baht.
Locationalso has a great deal to do with costs for a Bangkok serviced apartment. If you live in an area not close to skytrain or subway access, your price will be much lower. Conversely, stay in the business district of Silom or trendy items like Ekkamai Thonglor or increase your monthly rent.

Renting temporary apartments seems to be the solution of the millennium. I mean, hotels were the classic option, but now, you can have all the things you have at your own home, just by renting a furnished apartment. It may sound crazy, but is true. I did that last year when I travelled to Argentina and a friend of mine had already told me that she had done it so I started looking to rent apartments buenos aires and now my family is grateful that I made that decision.
Cheers,
Summer
